Giving back to our communities is part of CG's corporate DNA, and we actively participate in charitable and community events that are important to our employees, their families, and our clients. We try to focus our efforts in three areas - education and at-risk youth, poverty, and arts and culture. We support many organizations including the following:
CG in the Community
Running in the YMCA Corporate Cup in Charlotte, CG employees reap the benefits of an active lifestyle and build a healthier, stronger community.
A group of CG employees works with the Women Build Project through Habitat for Humanity to build a home for a single mother in the Charlotte area.
The YMCA's Y Readers program works to combine literacy skill-building with fun and engaging enrichment activities. CG employees participate in the program by working with children on their reading skills.
CG employees participate in YMCA's Y Readers Arts & Crafts day.
