• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, translating, and delivering information in clear, concise and meaningful format based on specific project requirements and according to established CG Site requirements and Client guidelines. Additionally, this individual will provide Facilitation support to the customer in the resolution of the customer communications to the Client.
• The Researcher/Advocate maintains the case closure schedule; tracks individual activity assignments for status; assists and provides information to the Team Lead to determine overall case closure status.  Typically works on cases that are moderately-complex to complex, and are critical from a client perspective.  May lead/coordinate a project sub team and/or case activities. 
• Adheres to closure rate goals, organizes case load to maximize efficiencies, and maintains quality standards.

• Manages Case Team(s) to meet objectives of projects that are complex in scope, risk, and/or organizational spans.  Identifies and negotiates Team schedules, promotes quality and addresses the number of resources required to meet case closure objectives. Defines, coordinates, and assigns tasks.
• For direct reports, ensures individual goals are aligned with CG's overall strategy goals and priorities; establishes clear and measurable goals; communicates expectations; monitors and guides work activities to the degree appropriate for the level of direct reports; provides ongoing feedback and coaching; documents performance; prepares and delivers meaningful performance reviews.
• The Team Lead provides performance feedback to the Team Advocates and to the Site Manager of each project team participant. Based on performance, the Team Lead recognizes, recommends rewards, and celebrates the contributions and achievements of the individual.
• Interviews, hires, trains, manage, motivate, and retain employees who directly report to this position.

3+ years of experience within the Financial or Insurance industry plus experience with a consulting firm is preferred.  This person will support the Client Team on client projects and analysis.

5+ years of experience consulting within one or more of CG’s Communities of Practice.  Must have experience managing small to medium projects and teams.  Support day to day project operations and contribute to the client solution.

8+ years of experience consulting within the Financial or Insurance industries plus experience within a large consulting firm creating business or technical solutions for the client is preferred.  This person will manage multiple large complex projects, build client relationships, prepare presentations, influence client strategies, mentor and manage teams and drive successful solutions.

12+ years of experience within CG core practices plus 5+ years of consulting experience.  This person will be a proven leader in consultancy within one of our core Communities of Practice and will serve in an account management role.

• 3 plus years of proven end-to-end project management experience
• Previous consulting, banking, Insurance and financial services experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Responsible for all aspects of coordination with the business side or technical side of a project.  Capable of adapting to any of a client’s methodologies.  Manage all planning and communications resources necessary for starting project efforts, monitoring progress, and preparing for implementation.
• Full lifecycle accountability for all components of a project. Employ executive level project management techniques to deliver and execute solutions. Experience managing and tracking project budgets and forecasts. Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues. Communicate with project team, business partners, business leaders, and external vendors as needed.
• Must be an influential leader, organized and assertive in style, capable of pulling together a team of leaders on the business side, and coordinating with technical teams.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Identify and specify extremely complex business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. Responsible for developing associated documentation for business model or process change, including testing, training, and communication strategies. (BRD’s, Functional Requirements)
• During the execution of a process change, the business analyst (BA) serves as a team leader driving all the deliverables of the project, coordinating resources between departments, and addressing unforeseen questions or challenges with research and problem resolution. During the implementation stage, the BA will be required to verify user acceptance of the new system or feature. Formal documentation experience from all project phases is required.  The position involves extensive interaction with all levels of associates.

• Experience with ongoing testing and support of IT and business requirements.
• Ability to design test scripts, execute manual and automated test scripts, document test results, analyze defects, and liaison between business and development needs.
• Seeking experience with both manual testing as well as automated testing tools.

• Must be able to design and architect a system from business requirements. Must possess strong design experience and be extremely knowledgeable of various design patterns.
• Experience working with use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc. in the full lifecycle development of applications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to work with distributed (offshore) development teams.
• Candidates are expected to have knowledge and experience in utilizing a combination of the following languages: Java, J2ee, J2SS, C#, ASP.NET, VB.Net, SharePoint, UML, XML, XSL, XSLT, HTML, and SQL.
• Strong consideration for individuals working with certain software packages from: TSYS, LPS, FIS, SunGard, DST Technologies and Thomson Beta
