Our Management & Technology Consulting, Delivery, and Program & Project Management...
I’m inspired to put together teams that deliver results. When I see a team come together, get engaged, and start executing for a client – that’s the ultimate.
I took my parents on a tour of “the old county” — Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany. It was a life-long dream for them and a wonderful opportunity for my whole family.

The choice to join CG was simple – it all added up. I met with members of the executive team and could feel their passion and drive. The company was the right size with the right amount of growth. The environment was entrepreneurial and I would have an opportunity to drive the business. Why wouldn’t I want to be part of such a growing, vibrant organization?
I’ve got the freedom to work with clients in whatever way works best for them and for me. I have the flexibility to come up with creative solutions, but I’ve also got a support infrastructure so I have resources that I can rely on to help me build solutions. That’s how we deliver value.
When you look at really large companies, you have to fit into a system and pay your dues – but the plus side is that they have an infrastructure in place. In smaller companies, you have a lot of flexibility but it can be very disorganized. At CG, I get the best of both worlds – a blend of small company freedom and big company infrastructure and support.
CG’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to employees and the community. The company is always willing to be a part of any cause I bring to the table. For example, CG gave me the time I needed and sponsored me for the MS Walk — it was a personal interest of mine and a benefit to the community at large.
When the company says, “We do the right thing” it is not just lip service. We had a medical emergency in my family and the company did everything possible to give me the flexibility and support I needed to care for my family.
There is a consistent level of quality in CG’s employees, from the leadership team down. I would much rather work in this situation than in a corporate scenario where there are A, B, and C level players. Plus, the leadership team has been very anticipatory – focusing on potential challenges for growth and proactively addressing them. This gives me confidence that the company will stay strong, for a long time.
