Our Management & Technology Consulting, Delivery, and Program & Project Management...
I’m inspired to collaborate with my colleagues. I truly believe we have the highest caliber people in the market – and we have fun doing what we do.
I have two young children that keep me busy. But I also love to travel, scuba dive, and take photographs. My family recently took a trip to the Florida Keys where I was able to combine all the things I love!

When you have a group of talented people who are truly committed to a common goal, then everyone gets excited and anything's possible. At CG, we have interesting and fun problems to solve - for our business and our clients.
Many people are drawn to consulting because they like the variety, the complexity, the scope – and you certainly get that at CG. But what you get on top of it is the entrepreneurial freedom to help the company tackle its internal business challenges. I think most employees think of CG as their own small business and have a vested interest in attracting new talent, developing new solutions, and bringing in new business.
The nature of the work we do is very strategic. We work on programs that are critical to our clients’ organizations – projects that reinvent their business models and change their functions. And we see these critical programs through, from concept to implementation. So, essentially, my career is built on building companies. It’s very exciting.
CG has helped me succeed by giving me direct access to the leadership team to help broaden my perspective. CG’s leadership team cares about their people more than any other organization I have been part of. And it’s not just surface level. They don’t function as a set of bosses. They have mentored me and helped me grow my skills and stretch in new directions.
CG is a big proponent of community service. At least quarterly, we devote our time to a charitable organization – we have cooked dinner for a rehab center, assembled classrooms, landscaped school grounds, you name it. Teamwork and relationship-building is something that comes naturally to CG employees. When the company gives us an opportunity to put that inclination to good use for the community, everyone wins.
