Our Management & Technology Consulting, Delivery, and Program & Project Management...
I’m inspired to keep changing. I’ve had three different roles in a twelve month span. It’s not for everyone, but I love the pace and the energy.
Golf has been my passion for many years – I’m a scratch golfer and compete in amateur tournaments. But my wife and I recently had our first child, so now there’s a new love in my life!

I have never experienced such a strong corporate culture and spirit. The culture is guided by doing the right thing, and employees are empowered to make their own decisions.
I’m an entrepreneur at heart. My wife and I have a small business – a retail maternity boutique. I get the same entrepreneurial satisfaction from owning my own business and working at CG. In both scenarios, I wear a lot of hats, I learn at a tremendous rate, and I focus on growing the company.
The company is the right size to make things happen. You can bounce your ideas off the management team – there aren’t any layers of bureaucracy and red tape to wade through. As long as I have a well-thought-out business case for whatever I want to do, I can get the support of the organization.
In a high-intensity business like consulting, it is hard to demonstrate a commitment to family. But at CG, everyone from the leadership team down realizes how important it is to maintain a balance. CG employees take their kids to school, they work from home when they need to, and they have the flexibility to attend their kids’ performances and games. People here are as serious about their families as they are about business.
We have strong expertise, but we don’t take an aggressive approach with our clients. We partner with them and advise them on their strategic business decisions. And we help them manage their risks and challenges. Part of this process is really integrating with clients to understand how they tick. You can’t be a good consultant if you make it “us” and “them.” You have to work together as one team.
This is a place with high expectations, and highly motivated employees. You continually need to switch gears to ensure the best and highest use of your time. But the good news is that you can count on the management team and your colleagues for help and support. We all pull together to get the most from the entire team. We rely on each other – so our clients can rely on us.
